Where from I can find a proper documentation regarding SNOW Software related DPA including the information/SNOW's statements about transferring data outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area (collectively “EEA”)?

Here is a statement: We share your personal data within the Snow Software Group. This will involve transferring your data outside United Kingdom, Switzerland or the European Economic Area (collectively “UK & EEA”).
I'd say other than the published information you have already linked to it would be best to contact your Snow account manager.
