Is there a way to pull one report showing installed software on a number of desktops at the same time? We got a request from business to show installed applicaiton on over 35 devices.

the stock report "Applications per computer" seems to be exactly what you are looking for.
I agree with Axel, the applications per computer report is exactly the one you need. Just be aware this report can get very large so be sure you define your criteria as specific as possible.

I think I worded my question incorrectly- I need a report showing all applications installed on these 35 devices. Ideally, to pull this in one go, not one by one. When I added criteria, trying to pull it for 10 devices , it didn't show any relsuts. It showed apps installed on a machine, when I left only one computer though.

the report will still be the same.
If you want to add the computers one by one, you will have to use "or" instead of "and" as you will clearly not find a computer with all the 10 names.
As an alternative, you can create a custom field to select the computers. Will need more preparation but will be much more flexible if you need a similar report from time to time.
