Good morning, Is it possible that Snow count how many users use a company selfmade webapplication? For example, that Snow is counting how many users use the URL for this? Thank you very much. Kind regards Lennaert

You can do this is your system and agents are setup to use the Legacy Web Metering feature you access through your SLM portal under the Home - Administration - Web Applications
However most agent configs recently provided don't use the updated Legacy Setting in them to take this in to account and i even believe Snow is removing this feature in an upcoming release.
So this leave you with asking the DIS team via a support ticket to add your internal web URL to their Cloud Application Metering Rules and tracking usage that way. Sadly it's not easy to add your own Cloud App Metering rule to the Database at this time.
Hi Joe, I think it is easy: please check with your Snow Customer Success Manager on the tool "cloud rules creator" this can be used to create could rules yourself.

Is that now official as at last count Snow in the UK got quite annoyed with the employee that created it and it got canned or stopped from being given out in the UK, so may try again.
I’m not sure if it is official now. That is why I advised to check with the Customer Success Manager 😉
