How to update the new license key of Snow Productivity Optimizer (Automation Platform)?

Hi Folks,

Can you please guide me to update the new license key of Snow Productivity Optimizer (Automation Platform)? I got a new key but was unable to update the license key.

There is a known issue that will be fixed. But try this
1. Delete old key
2. Close down your browser completely
3. Do an iisreset on the ap server
4. Register the new key

If it doesnt work you should contact support
