We have issue regarding inventory of certain applications We have find out that Snow don't inventory all applications on clients, we think it's the server side that don't read the data

We see this two application that are running on same client but Snow only report one of them at 2021-09-23 , the user uses Microstation Connect 10 almost everyday but Snow have not invent since 01/18 ???
We see simliar behavior on other applications , we use SSCM to check what program are installed on clients and that list is different compare wo Snow inventory so somehting is wrong here..
this sost of money as we should update license for 2022 and we might planned to buy more licenses than we use so please priority this case
There is a recognition rule for "Bentley Microstation Connect 10" defined in SMACC, based on microstation.exe.
So, one option is that the application is installed into a folder that is not scanned by the Snow Agent. IKf metering was enabled, the application would be recognized anyway if started.
Do you see the missing application in the "installed software" in the Snow Inventory Admin console on this client?
