Does anyone have the procedure, a template, or details on how to create?

I have a SQL query that yields the data I need; however, I cannot find a walkthrough on how to create the reports in the DB since SNOW migrated to the new website.

For all those "interested" this is related to Autodesk. The key issues is that Student/Educational licenses still inject a Serial into the registry and it is not allowed to be used in a commercial setting. Anyways, I want a report thate will automate deliver of the serials.

P.S. For educational purposes all Autodesk 9xx-xxxxxxxx are educational/student copies.
