    Hi Uwe,

Yes, it's possible to do this in Snow using the Compliance Exclusion feature which was introduced in version 9 of the product. So long as you know which application it is and from which machines you want to exclude it from, you can set this criterion using the various criteria fields and options available depending on your version of Snow, and save it. You can also choose to activate the exclusion or deactivate it as needed. There is a section in the Snow license manager user guide I believe it's section 4.3.5 entitled 'Compliance Exclusions', search for this and follow the guide to help you achieve this. for convenience, I have added the screen captures of the 2 pages from the version of the user guide I have (version 9.9) but please refer to the guide applicable to your version of Snow.

    I hope this is helpful.

  • Hi Mike,

    thanks for your reply.

But I am not sure if that really helps, since I am not looking for license compliance exclusion in SLM.

I am looking for Security & Risk compliance exclusion in Snow Analytics:
