Hi, for some reasons some apps are not showing on the admin console, either associated with both users logon on the machine. How can I troubleshoot this and find? Why is missing or cannot find it? It is a 32bit app but should not be a problem. Thanks
check the installed location of the application, is the path include/exclude in your 'C:\Program Files\Snow Software\Inventory\Agent\snowagent.config'?
manually generate .snowpack file, use 'C:\Program Files\Snow Software\Snow Inventory\Server\SnowInventoryFileExtractor.exe to view scanned software.
Hi, thanks for your response. I have checked that file and the only excluded path is %windir% and included are as:
<Path recursive="1">%ProgramFiles%\*</Path>
<Path recursive="1">%ProgramFiles(x86)%\*</Path>
where this app is located on c:\programfiles x86\Tikit
I do not have that Server folder to try that, only the Agent
Anything else I can try to discover that app?

are you talking about applications in SLM here?
You can also check the list of unassigned inventoried software in the Snow Management and Configuration Center (short: SMACC).
You can find it under 'Software Recognition > Application Definitions':If you can find the application here but not in the SLM, then our SRS does not have a rule for the application yet. In this case you can either create a ticket with our support or create a local rule yourself - please let me know in case that you need more info on that.
