Hello.

Help me please. There is a separate network, without access to the main one. The task is to remove the .snowpack from the SNOW agents and transfer them by copying to the main network.

Configured the shared folder on a separate network. I want to teach SNOW agents to transfer .snowpack files to it, after they are generated on the target PC.

How should I configure snowagent.config?

Hi Philip, I think you need to set up a standalone Snow Service Gateway on that separate network and then configure agents to send snopacks to this gateway. Then you can copy all the snowpacks to whatever folder you like.
