Does SNOW pull back inventory information on Outlook plugins? Specifically, we're looking for Cisco Email Security which does show up in Add/Remove programs, but when searching in applications it does not show up.

Do you see the application in inventory? It should be collected of its available under add/remove programs. However if the uninstall part of the registry key has been removed it might be skipped. There is ways around this if that is the case. If you see it in inventory but not in SLM it might just be that there is no recognition for this application. Then you should submit a request to snow to have it added to the global rules.
