Registry path of all applications
Hello Snow Team and fellow Snow Members,    Good day!    Do you have any script to fetch the  registry path   of all the applications as report such as  E xecutable   Path (file)   filed in the " Files per computer " as a report?    In the " Files per computer " report, we can get " Executable path (file) " filed which gives the full path of the particular application and " Is registry (file) " field which gives only "Yes/No" state.    Is it possible to get the registry path in the report?

    Hi ‌, Good question! To my knowledge, this isn't possible to export directly via SLM - however you sure can check and export these informations through Snow Inventory.       Hi Geoffrey, I think that has already been discussed on the Community and it had been confirmed by that Snow does not store the registry hive . So if I understand correctly, even from the Snow Inventory side or from the database side, no hope of getting this information. Because the information from the registry is mainly from the Add/Remove programs section of the registry, the Key and Value are usually enough. This is stored in Snow and you get it through the usual report "Files per Computer"

        Hi Samuel,  I'm unable to see the Key and Value in "Files per Computer" report. Please find attached screenshot. Also unable to see registry key and value for all applications in Inventory server.  Can you please explain how to get registry key and value from Inventory server for all application.

          I think the column called "Description (file)" is the one holding the Key Value In the Inventory Server, go to your Device list, double click a device and on the left pane tree, select Software>Installed Applications All records for that device appear in the list, registry records are the ones for which the "Path" column is empty.
