Are Software license key captured in Snow?
Does Snow has the capability of capturing the license keys for installed software products? If yes, do we need to make some changes in the config file or customisation?
- Portal UserGenerally no. There are some who has added custom collection of data to the agent for this. You could create a powershell script that generates a fake registry key as part of the inventoried data. That would make it available in the inventory server. To make it show in the SLM you will also need custom steps in the update job.Expand Post
