Snow reporting clients incorrectly

HI I have snow Clients running (as a service) on computers and reporting back to the Snow console last scanned date yesterday but the client is showing up as inactive on the snow console? we have a number of computers with the same issue we are currently using snow agent V6.0.2 Regards John#

When a computer has been set manually as Inactive, it looks like Snow loses control over the setting. You will need to set the status manually. Some have said on the community before that it reverts to being managed successfully by Snow only once the computer has been deleted and comes back fresh into SLM. I have not confirmed that yet. Let us know what you find
