SLM 9 DUJ SMACC Refresh

Hi Everyone

Wondering if this is a common problem, or if I need to log a support ticket.

Our SLM SMACC DUJ information doesn't update properly. If I leave the SMACC open on our SLM server, and go to view the DUJ history information I don't get to see yesterday's DUJ data, but the data from a few days ago. I have to restart the SMACC to get to see yesterday's DUJ overview. Is this a common issue?


  • Yes, that has always been the case. So we thought we would use the API to get a daily email about the status of the DUJ but the API has a bug: It returns the duration of the 1st from last DUJ instead of the last one. Struggling to get Snow Support to to recognize that it cannot reasonably be on purpose, as they try to convince us
