  • We had a similar issue with SLM 9.1 or 9.2 (from memory). This was fixed as a known issue in 9.3. What version are you running?
      • Have you got access to the SQL DB? my suggestion would be to check the tables in both the inventory server(table inv.dataclient) and SLM (table dbo.tblComputerClient) DB's to see if the computer is listed in both. If you are finding that it isn't in the SLM DB then you need to check your DUJ logs to see if there are any errors. If not, then I'd suggest raising a ticket with SNOW Support to investigate further.

        • There is no any error in DUJ also not creating snowpack file in agent  any process with that we can update in SLM particular server
          • ok, that's interesting and would explain why you aren't seeing any update in SLM. I'd suggest troubleshooting the following:- 1. Are there any errors in the agent log file? C:\ProgramData\SnowSoftware\Inventory\Agent\users 2. Also, can you check that the config file is correct and pointing to the correct Inv Server 3. can you see the inventory server webpage on that device using a web-browser?
