Issue 2 - Gateway Server not reporting to SMACC of Inventory Master Server under Inventory category.

Hi Hary, thank you for posting this. Did you perform the installation by yourself or in cooperation with a Snow consultant or a certified partner? If so, please reach out to them. Your Snow Inventory Service Gateway will be the receiver of any Snow Inventory Agent (and possible other data sources through Snow Integration Manager and AD/Network discovery), that are running in this entity of your organization. Service Gateways enable you to effectively and securely transfer inventory data through firewalls, because you only need to create one rule for each inventory server, not for every client. Also, you can benefit from securing these connections effectively with private certificates and only needing to renew this/these in one place (not on every client) after expiration. Snow Inventory Service Gateways need to communicate to the Snow Inventory Master Server to deliver data and to perform system updates. Please have a look at the following communication table to make sure, that all network ports are open in your environment:  Communication Flow Table If you still have any open questions, please let us know. Also, if you are constantly running into issues, feel free to open a ticket with Snow Support . /marcel

    • Thanks Marcel, the issue has been fixed. It was the proxy issue.
