SNOW Update Service recently stopped running

Hi All,

I have found that the SNOW Update Service has appeared to just stop on Jan 14.  I've restarted it but errors continue as indicated below in the update service log.  I'm pretty green with SNOW so not really sure if this is a result of and environmental or configuration chnage.  Could use some guidance on where to look next....

Thanks

Karl

    • Hi Jonas,  I've tried this on both the SLM and IM servers and the only things that comes up is an IE message indoacting website is blocked by the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration.  I've tried adding the sites to the trusted zone but no further progress.
    • Tried from my desktop brower and a message states "Welcome to SNOW Update Service".
      • Hello - I would open a ticket with Snow while you are troubleshooting the issue.
      • Issue resolved. It was down to the SLM server not being whitelisted for internet access... Thanks for all the advice!
