SNOW Inventory Server 5.4.0 - Configure advance server logging

Hi Community,

I'd like to configure my logging on the Snow Inventory Server to "full details", as I'm troubleshooting a Agent communication issue (500 iternal server error in the agent log).

The current manual says:

 

<Configuration>

 

<Master>...</Master>

 

<ServiceGateway>...</ServiceGateway>

 

<Logging>...</Logging>

 

<ModuleConfiguration>...</ModuleConfiguration>

 

</Configuration>

Unfortunately, the <Logging> section is not described in the manual. Can someone please share some documentation about the settings in this tag?

    Hi Stefan, If you add the logging like this in the config file, it should give you more information: <Logging> <Level>verbose</Level> </Logging> Place just under <Master>...</Master> I hope this helps. Kind regards, Iwan
