Office365 connector issue
Hello! Have a problem with SIM connector - O365. We are using 5.5 SIM version. Connector is configured regarding Snow documentation. From SLM side (8.2 version) I'm able to see information about subscriptions and total users. But there is no information about Active users - Active Directory discovery for users is enabled. From the log side, I have got this kind of warning: 2017-10-25 12:08:24,962 [1] WARN SnowSoftware.ExternalDataProvider.Providers.Office365.PsRunner [()] [()] - PowerShell script returned error messages: System.Management.Automation.CommandNotFoundException: The term ' Get-CsUserActivitiesReport ' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Bestr regards, Viktors

  • Victor that means the import worked. Try running the Office 365 connector again and let's see if you get an error now.
  • I am getting the same error message as well. • I can see in the stack trace that the function Get-CsUserActivitiesReport cannot be recognised. This function is included in the AzureAD/ Exchange online cmdlet. From the machines where you run the SIM tool, please run the following command in a PowerShell window: Find-Module AzureAD | Install-Module This command will install the AzureAD cmdlet that includes all the needed functions for O365. If this does not resolve the issue, please open a ticket with support. The account you use to connect to Exchange Online must be enabled for remote PowerShell. For more information, see  Enable or disable access to Exchange Online PowerShell .

  • Community Manager (Flexera Software)

Hello Viktors, Did you already tried to re-configure the O365 connector? Meaning that you remove the existing one, save that by closing the SIM. Starting the SIM again and adding the connector with the same details. Best, Kadir
    • Hello Kadir! Yes, I tried to re-configure it, but the problem still exists. Best regards, Viktors
  • Vicktor, Open Powershell and run the following command. See if that will work for you.  Import-Module MSOnline
