  • Community Manager (Flexera Software)

Hi Oli, If you are sure you have entered all the details correctly then It is possible the problem is with the ESX server, we did have one issue where we needed to restart the vmware management services on a box, after doing so it worked ok.
  • Hi Oli,   the error message is seems to come from your ESX server and gives you the http status code of the web service.Testing the connectivity via a browser is a good first step. You likely will receive the same error there, however. I'd start troubleshooting at the server level. If you want to take a closer look at the error message in SIM, please do the following: Set the logging level for the SIM to DEBUG Run the test again. Use the "Aggregate selected" button for your connector that is causing troubles (will provide different log data than step 2) Have a look at the log files (Default path: C:\Program Files\Snow Software\Logs\Snow Integration Manager).   The log files usually give a deeper insight on the actual error. However, in your case I'd suspect the configuration of the ESX server.   Best regards Stefan
