O365 Connector not Showing Visio and Project Usage

Hello.

We have a customer who has the O365 Connector set up.

Activity is displayed for all of the suites; E1, E3 etc however, Visio Online P1 and P2, Project Online and Power BI show no activity at all.

Has anyone else come across this and if so, are there any tips or tricks to resolve this?

Hi Aurora, please make sure that the user that you are using to access the portal has enough rights to view all contents within the O365 portal. As a second troubleshooting step, please check the logs according to this blog post: (look for 'Snow Integration Manager'). Please let me know your findings! /marcel

  Hi Marcel, Thank you for your response, we checked and the user does have the rights required as specified in the guide. We are waiting on the logs. Is there anything specific to look for in the logs? Thank you for your help. Kind regards, Aurora.

    Hi Aurora, every log entry has an indication on the type of information that is being logged. This can be [INFO] or [ERROR] for instance. General actions however are also being logged, for example something like 'connection established' or 'retrieving information'. Possibly there is some obvious entry that can point you into the right direction. If not, please consider opening a ticket via Snow Support . /marcel
