Hi Viktors, Good question! You could see the 'Global Zone' as the 'Host' of the other virtual Solaris Servers(Non-Global/Containers) The Unix agent should be installed on both the host and the virtual Solaris servers. Just keep in mind that it would be a good idea to exclude the directory of these virtual Solaris Servers(Non-Global/Containers) from the agent scan(software) on the Host(Global-Zone) Not doing this could result in incorrect reporting due to the fact that the virtual Solaris Servers are also running the Snow Agent, and the software could be reported twice. Basically this would mean that the Host will end-up showing software installs while it's only having the Host OS. You should be able to verify this with you DBA/Unix Team Hope this helps.
