Introduction:
The below error can be seen when SCCM attempts to download the content, this can be seen when deploying the package or when running the Download wizard by right-clicking the package and selecting 'Download' and running through the steps:

Solution:
This issue occurs when the environment has not been configured for SSL, But 'Require SSL' has been left enabled in the 'WSUS Administration' site in IIS.

To resolve this issue, the below steps can be followed:
1. Launch IIS on the WSUS server, expand 'Sites', and select 'WSUS Administration

2. Select 'SSL Settings' as seen in the below screenshot

3. Ensure 'Require SSL' is unticked here, apply the changes if you have unticked this

Outcome: Following the above changes you should now be able to download content successfully from the internet in SCCM, if you see a different error now please record the error message and raise to the support team.
