We need to understand that FNMS support Network Discovery of non-discoverable assets such as Switches, Routers and Appliances. There is no article or support on this and would appreciate if someone can shed light on this.
One of our prospects wants to discover this in FNMS so they have one discovery solution for all agent based and agentless devices.
We tried configuring the network scan for a particular switch IP and have configured rules, opened port 22, provided credentials, we can see the IP address being scanned but not any other information and the rest all of the fileds are blank.
