I have a VM with same name and different serial number and in the VM end the names are different. When i am trying to change the name and Manufacturer manually it is again reverting back after the reconcile. Flexnet is the source.
Please suggest.

If I understand your use case correctly, I would say that it's a symptom that you will have to change on either of the VMs, i.e. change its hostname to avoid the two devices overwriting each other in Flexera One.
