Download FLEXlm License Manager and tools
We have an old server that we have tried upgrading to 2019 which caused the FLEXlm License manager service to stop working.
Is there someplace we can download an updated version of this software that is compatible with Windows Server 2019, or do we need to get this from the software vendor that leverages this software?

You will have to reach out to the software publisher that included the FLEXlm (aka. FlexNet Publisher) license server in its solution.
