Why can we not see a recognised publisher (Tungsten Automation) in the drop down when creating a purchase or licence?
Tungsten Automation was previously called Kofax and we noticed this when looking to update our records accordingly.
The first screenshot that you provided, does not use the list of Application Publishers. It uses the list of Vendors that you have configured.
You will need to configure Tungsten Automation as a vendor in your Flexera One environment.
