I'm not entirely sure what you are doing here, but wonder if you are somehow attempting to download beacon configuration associated with Flexera One IT Visibility, but maybe you only have a subscription for Flexera One IT Asset Management.

The list of menu options shown in the screenshot also is very short, which suggests that maybe your Flexera One user account has not been provisioned with appropriate rights to do the operation you are attempting to do.
