We have PowerShell connection configured to use the AzureRM module to bring VMs from Azure into FNMS. Today it's failing in both Test and Prod with an error that seems to indicate that Microsoft's certificate is invalid. When I test the connection I get the "The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure" error. In the job log I see the same error:

Is anyone else seeing this failure? How can I view the certificate to try to figure out what's wrong?

Yes I have been getting this error for over a week preventing me from running the Data platform normalize job with our ServiceNow instance. I have had multiple tickets open on this with no success.
