Inventory getting uploaded to the Application server everyday, but the last inventory date not changing.
Hi All,
I could see inventory is coming from agent to beacon server & successfully getting uploaded to application server but the last inventory date still remains 2 months old.
When I stopped the services, I could see incoming/inventory folder is getting packed with .ndi files but as I restart the service , files disappears.
None of my machines are with latest inventory date.
Can you please tell how to proceed with this?

I would recommend opening a support case with the names and NDIs for a few devices so the support team can check the backend logs to make sure the files are being successfully processed into the database.
