Can anyone tell me how to delete a license in Flexera, i cant seem to find an option in All license to delete it.

Yes, you should be able to click the "check box" next to a License to highlight it, and then the gray DELETE button in the upper-left should be enabled.
You need to make sure that your logon account has "Delete" rights assigned to it with your assigned ITAM Security Roles.
