Details on Changing Beacon Servers and Impact to Existing Agent Deployments
Can anyone point me to a KB article or other documentation that explains what to do in a scenario where you've deployed the Flexera agent (v12.x.x) hard-coded to a beacon server and now want to point those agent discovery files to a different beacon server?
A common approach here that will work in most typical situations is to manually run mgspolicy and specify the new beacon details on the command line. See the following post for details: Manually apply agent policy
