Negative Microsoft licenses numbers

Our new customer has negative licenses count for some Microsoft licenses.
Is it something that happens whne using MLS to upload the licenses?

I'm sorry but it's not entirely clear to me where you're seeing the negative values, although I suppose you see them as a result of the MLS import. Please would you be able to upload some screen shots highlighting your findings, i.e. the negative values? (Please make sure you erase any customer specific data from the screen shots.)

thanks for your reply. Temporarily I do not have access to customer´s site. Will check when i can how the purchases were imported.
