    The short answer is yes. The longer answer is that the rulesets for each version of identified Think-cell applications are created to pick-up usage for numerous different executable files, with the assumption that you are using Snow agents. As you mentioned, usage has indeed been identified for several installations in your case.

     

    There are other things that can affect usage reporting as well, such as your settings for metering history and clean-up frequency. Also if the installations have been repackaged with a different .exe file name, this might affect the possibility to identify usage.

     

    If there are uncertainties, my recommendation as a first step is to run a files per computers report for a machine that is showing usage and one example not showing usage, to see if there are any differences in the raw data being picked up.

Hi all, anybody have new information if the usage of think-cell apps can be metered by Snow. When I run the usage report, the information bring only no more than 3% of the total users... Thanks
