I ve enabled the web metering in our Snow configuration. now i ve disabled it and it disappears from Firefox, IE and Google. But in Edge is the plugin still active. How to disable it on Edge ?

Assuming it's Edge Chromium and not Edge Legacy,
Try add <Setting key="saas.edge.enabled" value="false" /> under one of the tags already there
I can't remember off the top of my head if edge refers to edge chromium or edge legacy, but I also have this very faint memory that they added edge.legacy as an option....
