Is Snow Agent 6.14 able to capture information within SLM about an Oracle instance running on a particular Windows Server and on which Oracle DB is installed ?
Is snow agent 6.13 specifically designed to collect Oracle related information ?

Adding to Gert-Jan's response you'll more than likely need the Oracle Management License to enable that part of SLM (depends on the time you bought SLM and if it was bundled in with your purchase or not)

to add some details. The "default" Snow agent is able to detect Oracle DB server installations on Windows out of the box. The agent is not able to gather additional information like how many database or instances are running, name of the DBs / Instances and so on. Therefore you need additional Oracle scanners as Gert-Jan mentioned above. It is recommend to use the latest agent version explicitly it comes to use the additional Oracle Scanner tools which are necessary to collect Oracle instances information.
