simerese asked a question.
Why would Snow discover an application with Zero Installations and Zero Users?
We found some applications that Snow is picking up in our environment that have zero installations and zero users. I know one reason for this could be that regardless of install and user info we could have uploaded a license entitlement for that particular title. However, there are quite a few on our list that do not have licenses attached to them. Some don't even require a license. What could be the reason for this?
Only thing i can think of here is your application metering and user quarantine settings may be removing one part of the dataset quicker than the other.
e.g. The application data is removed in 3 month but users usage data being kept only for a month.
But this is a long shot explanation.
Hi Simerese,
Indeed, as Joseph mentioned, that was my first thought too. Can only think of metering/quarantine data causing this to display.

If you go into the application and the click on the computers or users tab, then click on the history button. What do you see in each of the charts?
My thoughts are it will be historical data still being stored and reported on for you, even though the usage is no longer counting towards compliance.
