I am assuming you are referring to the Citrix Hypervisor Connector. This will similar to the VMware VSphere Connector bring back information about the datacenter and the relationship of the Hosts versus Virtual, how many virtual computers there are, whether these have a snow agent on them. The Snow Agent will bring back information what is installed on them.
Hi @Jeff Henke ,
the SIM Connectors querying hypervisors, are utilized to create the Host machine and Datacenter itself and helping with the Guest/Host mapping.
Here you can see the queried data for the individual virtual machines:
https://docs.snowsoftware.com/snow-integration-manager/en/UUID-3b69f4bc-bda5-e25a-deab-9e0455287185.html#UUID-3b69f4bc-bda5-e25a-deab-9e0455287185_section-idm4564738295334432546062111585
For anything else, you need to have a Snow Inventory Agent running on that machine, or a supported 3rd party tool delivering the data.
Hope that helps.
Cheers Oliver
