Issues with Snow Version 7.1.3 Android
I seem to be running into an issue where on some Samsung devices I can't get past the stage of setting snow as admin/control over the device - I can send the enrollment SMS, download & install but not give admin as it crashes each time I try do so.
Mobile SW is Snow Version 7.1.3 - SDM is 5.7.2.911
Has anyone else come across this?
Just to add on here, I have been able to send the enrolement SMS, download & install with no issues on other devices, but I have three Samsung devices all A3 models I think - that contine to crash when I get to the device administrator stage.

I have not seen this behaviour previously. Tried to reproduce your issue with an A3 (2016) along with other Samsung Galaxy devices on SDM 5.7.2, but all enrolls as expected. I do recommend you to submit a ticket regarding this, with as much information as possible of the device, Android version etc. Since it crashes on Device Admin for these devices only, I suspect it is something device specific that occurs/causes the crash.

It seems to be happening now with other devices which were already enrolled - this is how the issue came about, I had wiped the phones using the SNOW console and then essentially re enrolled.
After re enrolling with the updated software - as these devices were not checking in and needed re enrolling, I get to the point of allow device admin and it crashes.
How can I raise a ticket?
