I imported a new Org plan and now the users cannot select any organization in the search for application options. I as admin can select from any of the orgs. Any idea of what broke?
Thank you for responding. Yes the Legal option is checked appropriately. The issue was 5 days old when I posted and I know that SNOW propagation is slow but that should cover it 😊
I have opened a Snow support ticket and will report back.
Thank you for responding. Yes my users are defined. As I understand it, the first tab to is the ROOT organization assignment and the second tab is the organization to which they are restricted to, if any. In my case there are no restrictions and the correct User Organization is selected.

Let us know what they find
Your System Users defined in the SLM SMACC must have access to the new Organization nodes.
Have you checked that their Organization node still corresponds to an existing node in your new plan?
There are 2 tabs with Organization node data (not sure what the 1st one is for exactly)

Hi,
Could me many things.. did you tick the "legal" option on SMACC for these new organisations?
Did you check check if the users have organisations restrictions? You as admin probably dont have restrictions and they might have.
Did you wait for the DUJ? I've seen in some cases some discrepancies until the DUJ run for the first time after a "large" organisations changes.
