Where can i download the Version 2.1? I have checked in www.snowsoftware.com/support but cannot find any link/page to download them.

The text is too long to be displayed. (Options -> Query settings -> TEXT -> 60000)

  Not all members of an organization have access to the Downloads tile. Only those indicated by your organization's management will be given this access. If you require access but don't have it please open a support incident or contact your Snow account manager.

Hi! if you are logged in, there is a tile "Support". on the next page you will find a tile for "Downloads".
