IBM RVU Metrics/License Management in Snow?

Hi Folks,

I am wondering about how should we track/Manage the IBM RVU License in Snow??

There is no RVU License Metrics option available in Snow. Can some one assist in this.

Any Help will be appreciated.

  Hi Somnath, I received a response from one of our PreSales colleagues. It is technically possible to bring RVU license metrics into Snow License Manager. This can be done by using Custom Compare Values (CCV). However in the same answer my colleague strongly advised to further discuss this with a Snow representative, as the simple answer 'Please use CCV' is not leading to a successful compliance.     Further/Additional info: Custom Compare Values can be created in Snow License Manager under 'Home' -> 'Administration' -> 'Custom compare value types'. After this, edit the application's metric to the create Custom Compare Value. You can now create new licenses under this Custom Compare Value. The metric is set automatically according to the made settings in the previous step. /marcel
