What application criteria are Snow using to determine the PVU products

Hi Ciaran The report is based upon how you have configured your applications in SLM. The report will look for the products you have assigned as PVU based applications metrics and will check if there is ILMT data relating to that device. This enables you to enter your IBM Licenses with the correct metric and then report on those instances as reported through your Snow Inventory and highlight where there may not be any data from ILMT. You asked if it was based on the IBM software catalog, this would in effect report almost every IBM application instance as many of the IBM products can be in both PVU and other metrics. Using the applications metrics you have set based upon the license you have the rights to use helps to guide you in a direct method to those possible Instances where you may need to install a ILMT agent.
