Will Expire Notifications Not Sending Emails

I have set several notifications to send an email daily when a software agreement is coming to an end. Example: I receive the notification on day 7, but nothing thereafter. I have opened a ticket with Snow Support, but have not heard back. Does anyone else have this problem? Am I doing something wrong? Is there a solution I am missing? Best Regards, Sarah

Hi Sarah! Did other notifications via email work? I mean, for example, sending scheduled report to the email, or "Forgot your password" link: If no, please, check SMTP settings from the SMACC side. Regards, Viktors

    Hi Viktors, My problem is that I create notifications asking for an email if will expire is smaller than 7. That should mean that I get an email every day from 7 on. But that isn't happening. I get an email on day 7, but not on day 6, 5, etc. Do I need to put in the criteria will expires equals 7, equals 6, equals 5, and so on? Why is the option to send an email if the expiry date is less than a certain number of days even available then?
