is there a way to clear and reset the admin password

I have been asked to take over the management of the snow installation at my company. The person that was taking care of it left and did not leave any information. I need to be able to get into the administration portal. Is there a way to reset the login information?

    Hi Robert, the users for the Snow License Manager web frontend are managed in Snow Management and Configuration Center (SMACC) . Login with a Snow License Manager User (Admin rights required) and navigate to the following path: By double clicking on a user you can reset the password.     Hi Robert, Are you talking about the Snow License Manager portal/web interface? or the SMCC (Snow Management and Configuration Center) portal? Regards

      Thank You Khaleed, I guess that I posted this just a little to soon as shortly after I posted this I was able to track down a different admin at the company that was able to help me get connected. Rob

          Khaleed I would like to snow the strps please I have a Snow system and do not the Administrator password and would like to be able to login but have no access. The system is version 7 Regards Brian
