MSP Customer Onboarding Enhancements Across Customer Organizations –– Live Now! 

Partners with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) capability within Flexera One can now benefit from an improved customer onboarding experience, enhanced visibility into onboarding progress, and a more efficient and scalable way to onboard and manage customer organizations. This enhancement simplifies customer onboarding and improves lifecycle visibility by allowing partners to:

• Use an enhanced customer creation experience to onboard customer organizations more efficiently
• Leverage improved onboarding capabilities to streamline large-scale customer onboarding
• Track onboarding progress through the new Customer Status column (only applicable to CCO V2 customers)
• View capability descriptions within the onboarding workflow to better understand customer access and configuration options

These enhancements reduce operational effort, improve visibility into the customer onboarding journey, and provide a more scalable and efficient way to onboard and manage customer organizations across Flexera One.
