Bulk lifecycle management of customers in Flexera One

We’re excited to announce that Bulk lifecycle management of customers is now generally available in Flexera One.

​

MSP partners can now easily onboard and off-board customers in minutes. This functionality removes bottlenecks in customer lifecycle management by enabling MSP partners to create and remove customers (child orgs) at scale through both API and UI-based capabilities.

Release summary

MSP partners can now:

• Leverage the new version of the API to onboard and offboard customers at scale
• Add or remove customers manually through the UI
• Import customer information using a CSV file in the UI (a CSV template is provided) 

Important notes:

• The maximum number of customers that can currently be onboarded and offboarded at the same time is 100, both in the API and the UI.
• This release introduces a new version of the MSP Customer API (V2).

• Faster time to value with onboarding and offboarding completed in minutes
• Reduced operational effort by eliminating the need for manual scripts
• Lower support dependency, minimizing tickets and services engagement
