Bulk lifecycle management of customers in Flexera One – Early Access

We’re excited to announce the Early Access release of Bulk lifecycle management of customers in Flexera One.

Managed Service Providers (MSPs) can now easily onboard and off-board customers in minutes. This functionality removes bottlenecks in customer lifecycle management by enabling MSP partners to create and remove customers (child orgs) at scale through both API and UI-based capabilities.

Important notes:

• The maximum number of customers that can currently be onboarded and off-boarded at the same time is 100, both in the API and the UI.
• This release introduces a new version of the MSP Customer API (V2).
• Documentation can be provided upon request.
