I was kicked out of the portal and when I try to login I get a password error stating that I have had too many invalid login attempts. I follow the link to reset my PW. I receive a reset link via email with an invalid URL. I do have a valid account, I have used it daily for the past few weeks.

This issue is common and often caused by a browser caching issue. Please try the following steps to resolve it
Firstly, attempt to reset your password in an incognito or private window.
Secondly, attempt to reset your password by pasting the url you receive from the password reset email into the navigation bar on the page that prompted you to reset your password.
If both of those fails, you will need to open a support case for further investigation.
