When attempting to use Okta’s single sign-on (SSO) to log into Flexera One, some users may encounter a “400 Login Failed” error. This error can occur if Okta is attempting to authenticate with a domain that has not been verified in Flexera One. Flexera One requires validation of each domain used for SSO to ensure the security and integrity of the authentication process. When a domain is not properly validated, Okta rejects the request, resulting in the error.
